Yoketan values the rights of our employees, taking it upon ourselves to foster a harmonious labor environment. We fulfill our corporate citizenship responsibilities by implementing environmental management practices, adhering to environmental regulations, and actively promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction initiatives. With a focus on the four main pillars of “customers, employees, environment, and society,” we strive together for sustainable growth.

  • Labor policy

    1. Do not engage in forced labor, guarantee labor, or involuntary prison labor. All work is voluntary, and employees have the right to leave freely with reasonable notice.
    2. Employees are not required to pledge personal identification cards, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
    3. Apart from reasonable restrictions on access to the workplace, there shall be no unreasonable constraints on the freedom of movement of workers within the workplace, including worker dormitories or living quarters.
    4. The minimum standards for personnel salary payments, overtime regulations, and statutory benefits shall comply with the Labor Standards Act.
    5. Respect for human rights entails refraining from subjecting employees to cruel or inhumane treatment, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse, and no threats thereof shall be made against employees.

  • Environmental Protection policy

    1. Comply with, maintain, and promptly update environmental permits and registrations, such as pollution monitoring, and cooperate with legal requirements in operations and reporting.
    2. Reduce or eliminate various pollutants at the source through changes in product structure, process improvements, equipment maintenance, selection of replaceable raw materials, material conversion, material recycling, conservation of natural resources, and reuse.
    3. Adhere to all laws and regulations concerning the prohibition or restriction of certain specific substances, including labeling laws, recycling and disposal regulations, and comply with customer-specific requirements to meet special requirements limiting hazardous substances.
    4. Implement an ISO 14001 management system, develop an Environmental Management Manual and related management methods, minimize the negative impact on the environment and natural resources, protect public health and safety, and fulfill social responsibilities.

  • Moral Policy

    1. Integrity in business operations mandates compliance with the highest standards of integrity, strictly prohibiting acts of corruption, extortion, and misappropriation of public funds.
    2. Protection of intellectual property rights ensures that internal company data, intellectual property, and innovative ideas are properly managed and protected, and confidential or copyrighted information of the company, clients, and suppliers shall not be disclosed to any third party.
    3. Whistleblower identity protection: Whistleblowers reporting on significant interests of the company or those at risk of personal attacks, whether employees or suppliers, shall be handled anonymously to protect their identities. Related personnel or supervisors shall keep such reports confidential as required.
    4. Confidentiality in business operations dictates that significant company information shall not be conveyed to any individual, company, or entity, internally or externally, without authorization to access or obtain such information, including but not limited to business plans, internal processes, supplier and client lists, financial information, etc.
